One payment for one application
The examination application fee is a one-time, non-refundable fee for the application against which it is paid. Withdrawing an application forfeits that fee. Every reapplication requires a fresh fee payment.
1. Fee amount
The fee payable is the amount displayed for the selected examination when you proceed to payment, in Indian rupees. Review the official advertisement, eligibility conditions, and application details before making a payment.
A payment is linked to a specific application through its payment order. It cannot be transferred to another applicant, examination, or replacement application, even when the same person makes both payments.
2. Withdrawal and reapplication
No fee refund is provided because an applicant withdraws, changes their mind, submits incorrect information, is found ineligible, is not selected, or does not attend the examination. Withdrawal does not initiate an automatic refund.
If applications are still open, an applicant who has withdrawn may complete a new application. The new application must satisfy all requirements, be eSigned, and have its own fee payment verified before submission. The earlier payment cannot be reused or adjusted against it.
3. Failed, pending, or disputed transactions
A bank debit, payment screenshot, or an open checkout window is not confirmation that an application has been submitted. Check the portal’s application and payment status. If money was debited but confirmation is pending, use Check payment status before attempting another payment.
Report suspected duplicate debits, an incorrect amount charged, or a failed transaction with an unresolved debit to the contact in the examination’s official advertisement. These are payment reconciliation issues and will require verification against the portal, payment gateway, and bank records. Reporting a discrepancy does not automatically approve a refund or submit an application.
Any reversal of an unsuccessful debit or correction of a verified excess collection is handled through the applicable gateway, banking, and departmental process. The processing time depends on that process; the portal does not promise an immediate reversal. This does not make a correctly collected application fee refundable, and does not limit any remedy required by applicable law or an official direction.
4. Details needed for payment assistance
Provide the examination name, application number, payment gateway name, order ID, payment ID if available, amount, transaction date, and a brief explanation. A redacted transaction reference or bank debit confirmation may help reconciliation. Never provide your card number in full, CVV, PIN, UPI PIN, password, or OTP.
Keep the acknowledgement and receipt for your records. The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy also apply to the use of payment services on this portal.
Contact and assistance
For eligibility, application, examination, payment reconciliation, or withdrawal queries, contact the authority listed in the examination’s official advertisement. Include your application number and, for payment queries, the order ID and payment ID.
For portal-related technical issues or questions about these policies, email director@ditc.nagaland.gov.in. Do not send passwords, OTPs, full card details, or unmasked Aadhaar documents by email.
