1. Using this portal
The Departmental Recruitment & Examination System (DRES) provides online registration, applications, document submission, fee payment, application tracking, and related examination services. By using these services, you agree to these terms and the instructions published for the examination you are applying for.
Eligibility, vacancies, dates, selection procedures, and other examination conditions are governed by the recruiting department’s official advertisement and subsequent official notices. If a general portal description differs from an official examination notice, follow the official notice.
2. Identity and applicant responsibilities
Use your own DigiLocker identity to register and sign in. Keep your account access and authentication codes secure. You are responsible for the accuracy of your contact details, declarations, qualifications, and uploaded documents.
Check the examination requirements before applying. Information submitted through DigiLocker, documents you upload, and eSigned declarations may be verified by the recruiting authority. Registration, payment, or an acknowledgement does not by itself confirm eligibility, selection, or appointment.
3. Applications and submission
Complete all required fields and documents, review your application, and finish the eSign and any required payment steps within the applicable application window. A saved draft or completed eSign alone is not confirmation of submission when a fee is payable. Check the application status in your dashboard.
You may have only one active submitted application for an examination. Submitted forms cannot be edited through the application form. To apply again, first withdraw your previous application with a reason, then complete and submit a new application while applications are open. The earlier application and its withdrawal history remain on record.
4. Fees and payments
The fee displayed for an examination is in Indian rupees. Payments are processed through Razorpay and linked to the application’s payment order. Another person may pay on your behalf; this does not change the applicant or the application to which the payment belongs.
Each application fee is a one-time, non-refundable payment for that application. Withdrawal forfeits the fee, and every reapplication requires a fresh payment. Read the Refund Policy before paying.
5. Acceptable use and service availability
Do not impersonate another applicant, submit false documents, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with portal operations, or misuse authentication or payment services. Misuse may lead to restrictions and action by the responsible authority under applicable rules.
Access may be interrupted by maintenance, connectivity issues, or third-party service outages. Apply sufficiently before the deadline and follow official notices for any changes. DigiLocker, the IAM eSign service, and Razorpay operate under their own applicable terms.
6. Privacy and updates
The Privacy Policy explains how information is used in providing portal services. These policies may be updated to reflect changes in portal functions or official requirements; the revision date is shown on each page.
Contact and assistance
For eligibility, application, examination, payment reconciliation, or withdrawal queries, contact the authority listed in the examination’s official advertisement. Include your application number and, for payment queries, the order ID and payment ID.
For portal-related technical issues or questions about these policies, email director@ditc.nagaland.gov.in. Do not send passwords, OTPs, full card details, or unmasked Aadhaar documents by email.
